The City of Santa Clarita broke ground on Tuesday for its future Rink Sports Pavilion, a state-of-the-art sports complex that will house three National Hockey League (NHL)-sized rinks.

The 125,000-square-foot facility will be located at the corner of Golden Valley Road and Bouquet Canyon Road and is expected to open in 2024.

The Rink Sports Pavilion will be a major addition to the City's sports offerings and is expected to attract hockey players and enthusiasts from throughout the region.
